When ever an update is made, the person who is making the update puts [Forum] or [Game] in the topic title. Obviously only Elysian can make game updates, but on the forums there is the co owner & developers who can make forum updates - Elysian can make both game & forum updates.
The same thing should be done when making suggestion topics aswell.

Add a ::Donate command & be redirected to the donation page
Add a ::news command & be redirected to the 'Announcements' section of the forum
Add a :: Apply command & be redirected to staff applications (not yet, as apps aren't open)
