Added some new rank images enjoy Smile

- Elysian, remove yourself from the moderators group and add someone else to it so your username is read and everyone can see that you are the owner.

*Added 'Forum Updates' Under the updates section.
* Added a 'Introductions & Farewells section'
* Added a Report area w/ 'Report a Player' & 'Report a bug'.

Pretty much done all of the crowns for everyone who needs them, if anyone else needs a crown for (donor, mod admin whatever, please pm me.)
