Forum updates

There will be some big forum updates soon for example I will make a HTML homepage with links to everything e.g. Donation, Client, Forum, Homepage, etc.

This update is expected to take a few days to code, maybe a week since I have the week off school, and may be SLIGHTLY inactive, this means coming on maybe twice per day to check everything is in tact.

Will HTML make it faster because it seems as if the forums are a bit laggy. My computer itself isn't and its 8GB RAM so not sure what if it is just me.
